Not “AI development services.” A repeatable productisation system for professional services.
What makes Ferrous Labs Different?
Proof before build
Start in the Lab to fuse AI with your expertise and turn it into a clear product hypothesis, positioning, and roadmap. Then run real-world experiments (landing page + outreach, prototype + presale, or a micro‑SaaS) so you don’t commit time and budget until there’s evidence of demand.
Minimum Lovable Product
An MVP proves the product is viable with the least effort; an MLP goes one step further and delivers the minimum customers will actually love. Once demand is proven, focus on the smallest set of features that delight customers so they stick around, recommend it, and pay again.
All-in-one delivery + ops
Ferrous Labs doesn’t stop at shipping software. Execution includes support, maintenance, and continuous improvement, so the product stays reliable as users grow. That frees your team to concentrate on marketing, sales, and partnerships.
Partnership options
Choose a delivery partnership when you want momentum and a clear path through the 4 stages (hypothesis → experiment → formulation → execution). Or explore a joint venture model when you want deeper alignment on incentives and outcomes as the product scales.
Why Work With Us?
If Ferrous Labs didn’t exist, you’d likely do one of these six things.
Keep selling time-based work
Revenue stays tied to utilisation, and growth is constrained by capacity.
01
Hire an agency to “build an app"
They build what you tell them to, and you still have to run the product.
02
Do nothing (and fall behind)
While you wait competitors operationalise AI and productise their IP.
03
Hire a product team
High cost before you know what will sell, and senior product/AI talent is hard to recruit.
04
Buy off-the-shelf SaaS
Fast, but you end up adaptging to the tool, and you don't create new revenue streams.
05
White-label someone else’s product
Quick to launch, but you don’t own the differentiation (or roadmap).
06
3 - 6 months to product launch
Apply to become an
Equity Partner
Each year, we select three founders to become equity partners. We offset development costs in exchange for a stake in the product, combining your domain expertise with our SaaS execution power. Due to the intensive nature of these builds we strictly cap these partnerships.

Elliott Prince - Managing Director,
Co-Founder
For over a decade, Elliott has led product strategy, UX design, and software delivery for organisations ranging from growing SMEs to global enterprises. Having seen first-hand how AI is transforming the economics of software delivery, he realised that it is now viable for service-based SMEs to build and scale their own products, creating new recurring revenue streams from their expertise.
Elliott co-founded Ferrous Labs to enable businesses to build, launch, and grow software that compliments, not cannibalises their business.

Ali Nadian - Technical Director,
Co-founder
Throughout his career, Ali has led data science teams, built AI models for enterprise clients, and taught as an Assistant Professor at Shahid Beheshti University. His work has spanned diverse industries, from developing advanced AI models as a Lead Data Scientist to consulting on innovation projects for national research initiatives.
With a PhD in Computer Vision and over 15 years developing intelligent systems, Ali has seen how transformative AI can be when applied to real business problems.
All in one Delivery & Operations
From first prototype to full scale, we handle every part of the technology so you do not have to. That includes development, hosting, maintenance, security and day‑to‑day customer support, so the product is run for you, not by you.

From Experiment to Scale
Start with a fixed-scope Lab + Experiment so you can validate demand before you commit to a full build. If the signal is strong, move into a build-and-ops plan that fits your timeline and desired level of involvement.
